The International Festival of Cultures "Amur – the River of Friendship"

8 - 13 december, 2014, Blagoveshchensk


For the first time in the 20-year long history of the festival Amur region is preparing for such a major event. The evet will include:
- Holding of Coordination Council for Culture of the Far Eastern federal district of Russian Federation
- Regional event devoted to the closing of the Year of Russian Culture in the Far Eastern federal district
- Final activities of the International contest "AmurPHOTO"
- The final round of the International youth rock festival "The Wings over Amur – 2014"
- Exhibitions of applied and decorative arts by masters of Amur region and the Far Eastern federal district as well as other activities.

The festival participants will include representatives of the Far Eastern federal district of Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
